FREE Facebook Portrait Event

Attention 10-12 grade students! Here is a studio event just for you! On September 29 from 3-5, bring a friend or come by yourself and we will photograph you for free and post your image on Facebook!

No appointment needed but you do need to RSVP (on FB) so we know how many people to plan for. You'll also need to print a copy of the studio model release and have a parent sign it before you come. We MUST have the model release signed by a parent to post your image online!

This event is open to High School students grades 10-12 only. Bring a copy of your schedule for proof of school and grade.

Invite your friends!!! The more people that know about the FREE event the better! A good turn out means we'll do it again!

Drew - 9 months

Drew is just growing and growing and before we know it, he will be one! His 9 month session went so smoothly (as always) and he was all smiles. Can't believe he is growing up so fast...

Adria and Jonah

I'm trying to think of how to describe these two... well, they really kept me on my toes for their session! hehe Jonah is all boy and Adria is a sweet little lady!
Their mom took advantage of a studio special to update their portraits.  I think Jonah was was just a baby the last time they were in so it was certainly time!

Baby Marshall

Marshall is a new addition to the Watch Me Grow Program! His momma let me try on all my different hats and "stuff" this time so I'm thinking we will get to try lots of cool things over the next few years. Marshall, welcome to the club little man!

Charlie Gage - 4 months

Charlie Gage was just in for his 4 month session! He is growing up so quickly and is such a handsome little man!

We were thrilled to be able to capture a few photos with special people in his life. The one below is with Mom and Mimi. I love this generation portrait as it shows their sweet relationship :)

Sweet Baby Carson!

Baby Carson was such a joy to photograph and is such a little cutie! Check out his head full of black hair!

He was a wonderful subject and even let me try a few crazy ideas I had (not shown)! Thank you very much to his mommy and daddy for bringing him to the studio at just the right time!

Kai

Kai is Mommy's little super man - and such a cute one at that! Kai wasn't quite one the last time we photographed him with his family so his mom took advantage of one of the studio specials and got updated portraits! Love the second image! It really shows his fun personality!

Awesome Family!

This is a family that is very special to us! They have been through a LOT in the last year or so. I won't tell their story but if you know them, I know you spent a lot of time in prayer for them too. We are very thankful for the miracle God performed with their family and I was honored to be asked to photograph them!
It was a warm day when we went out for this session but they were wonderful troopers and smiled the whole time. These are the two portraits they chose to hang in their family room. Love it!

Rachel's Maternity Session

It has been a little bit since I've had a momma in for a maternity session so it was great when Rachel called needing to schedule a session. Rachel is beautiful and so sweet which made my job even more fun that day! We were so glad she came in for portraits when she did - her baby boy arrived less than a week later!

Jonathan 4 months

WOW! If you are watching the blog, it seems like Jonathan grew quickly :) Nah, I'm just playing catch up!

Get Silly

These 10 girls are such a great group! You may remember the pillow fight session from last year... same girls but it's a new year! They are about to start their junior year of high school and we needed an awesome shot of them together for the football program. We decided on a silly string war and it was a blast (and much easier to clean up than feathers)!!

 

Jonathan's Newborn Session

I'm posting Jonathan's newborn session a little late but it's only fair to show him off. I believe he stayed awake for the whole session but he and big sister did great!
His 4 month session will be posted soon so keep an eye out to see how much he's grown already!

The verdict is in...

I, Beth Martin of Beth Martin Photography in Bryant, AR, have earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from the Professional Photographic Certification Commission!!!

The Commission currently recognizes less than 2,000 Certified Professional Photographers and only 21 in the state of Arkansas. I am so excited since this is a big achievement in this industry.

 
Becoming certified requires passing a rigorous written exam, submitting images and routinely showing proof of maintaining your skills. In the photography industry, it is a mark of continued excellence. For my clients, it acknowledges that I value my customers and what they expect from me. I honestly want to give you my best!
